Pakistani singer Rahat Ali Khan, manager fined Rs 15 lakh each

NEW DELHI: Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and his manager Maroof have been slapped with a penalty of Rs 15 lakh each in connection with recovery of huge amount of foreign currency from them which stands confiscated, official sources said on Sunday.
