Several years a go President Reagan declared that July 18th to be National Ice Cream Day.  Several chains (i.e Starbucks, Mayfield's) offer cents-off coupons.  Baskin-Robbins is retiring five flavors this year to make room for some new flavors.  I can't believe that one flavor they are retiring is French Vanilla!!  That is ridiculous -- it has been around since 1945
