How's the Weather Where You Are?

I can't believe that 2/3 of the country is actually HOTTER than the weather we have here in Florida.

I hope you are all able to keep cool while still managing to have some fun this summer.

I'm spending lots of time in the air conditioned house with the doggies and then head to the pool usually once a day to swim and do some exercising.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water, take breaks

Funny of the Day... Christmas is Over

Several of my friends have told me that they have been using Santa to keep their kids in line for the last several weeks, even my step-son and DIL have been doing it with my grandson... I guess that's not going to work anymore.  I saw this and it made me think of them.....



I wonder how long you have to wait before you can start using the Easter Bunny????

With all the baking I did this past week - seven different kinds of cookies plus dark chocolate fudge - this cartoon really made me laugh when I saw it.....



I have also discovered that my doggies REALLY like cookies, especially Maila, she is a total cookie monster. She sits on the back of the chair and watches everything I do in the kitchen. Then when I walk by with the pan and the spatula
