Happy 125th Groundhog Day

Happy 125th Groundhog Day everyone.... This is the day that, instead of being the sensible adults we normally are, we turn to Punxsutawney Phil, a rodent - as adorable as he may be, to get a prediction of how long winter is going to last. 

So, what did Phil predict for this year???

I am delighted for my friends and family up north to say that Phil DID NOT see his shadow!!

I figured since I missed posting a photo yesterday - I wasn't feeling too well - I would add more than one today and I'm going to cheat just slightly. I didn't actually take these photos, they were taken by a dear friend. His name is Butch and he lives in the house next door to the house we used to live in up in Connecticut. He wanted to show us what we were "missing" up there.
