Two fantastic breweries join forces to bring you a beer dinner like no other. Only the fine chefs at Sebastian's Hideaway could pull off such a feat. Seating will be limited. You don't want to miss the food, the beer and the stories from Sierra Nevada's own Chris Sineni and Mike Walters from Left Hand. This is what the craft beer industry is all about.

1st course- crispy prosciutto wrapped asparagus with a beer and white cheddar cheese fondue- Left Hand Polestar Pilsner
2nd course- Ginger glazed roasted quail, bibb lettuce, mango, Thai vinaigrette- Sierra Nevada Kellerweiss
3rd course - Spice seared rare tuna , spicy guacamole, Chirzo cream sauce, and sweet corn relish- Left Hand 400lb Monkey
4th course- Beer braised beef short ribs, cheddar and bacon potato puree, smoked tomato demi glaze- Sierra Nevada Torpedo
5th course- Milk Stout chocolate cake w/ Milk Stout butterscotch and cinnamon ice cream- Sierra Nevada Porter
Closing beer- Left Hand Sawtooth
